Because some of our products are custom-designed or customized, customized products cannot be exchanged or returned after the order has been fulfilled, including:

* Products that contain special names or phrases.

* Products printed or tailored to the customer.

 

Requests for replacement or compensation can only be considered in the following cases:

*The product arrives damaged.

* There is an error on the part of the store.

* Receiving a product different from the order.
